FW-BELOW, 3, sfpVolt<element index> (Sfp Voltage <element index>) is
below low boundary, current value: <value> mV. (faulty)
Explains that the SFP voltage value has fallen below the low boundary.
Provides the new value.
Configure the low threshold to 1 so that the threshold triggers an alarm when
the value falls to 0 (Faulty). If continuous or repeated alarms occur, replace
the SFP before it deteriorates.
FW-ABOVE, 3, sfpVolt<element index> (Sfp Voltage <element index>) is
above high boundary, current value: <value> mV. (faulty)
Explains that the SFP voltage value has risen above the high boundary.
Provides the new value.
