Getting Technical Support
Basic technical support for the CentreVu Explorer II software is provided by the
Lucent Technologies Technical Support Center in conjunction with CenterPoint
Solutions. However, if your support request deals primarily with a supplementary
software package not purchased from Lucent Technologies, you may be referred to
the software's manufacturer or offered the option of purchasing additional assistance
not covered under your maintenance agreement.
The table below describes the level of support that Lucent Technologies provides for
each product on the CentreVu Explorer II Server.
