Description
The front door is
open.
The rear door is
open.
The fuser page
counter has
exceeded the fuser
page limit.
Action
Close front door. Check switch
(DSW1), cable and connector
DCN5 on the IDO1 P.W.B.
board. Replace if necessary.
Replace the IDO1 P.W.B.
board if necessary.
Replace printer main engine
(MCTL P.W.B.) board, if
necessary.
Close rear door. Check switch
(DSW3), cable and connector
DCN5 on the IDO1 P.W.B.
board. Replace if necessary.
Replace the IDO1 P.W.B.
board if necessary.
Replace printer main engine
(MCTL P.W.B.) board, if
necessary.
Replace fuser kit.
Note: This is a customer
orderable part.
This message will only be
cleared when the fuser page
count has been reset to zero.
Note: Replace the fuser to
prevent this message from
recurring.
