3. Toner on the OPC belt is moved to the transfer drum

This is due to the difference of potential between the OPC belt

and the transfer drum.

Toner that has been developed, in each color, is moved from the

OPC belt to the transfer drum, and the two color toner image is

overlapped on the transfer drum.

4. The toner image is then transferred to paper.
