Beginning in privileged EXEC mode, follow these steps to configure MPLS TE and configure an
interface to support RSVP-based tunnel signalling and IGP flooding:

To configure MPLS traffic engineering and fast reroute, the network must be running IP Cisco
Express Forwarding (CEF) and MPLS and support at least one of these protocols: OSPF or IS-IS.
