Verify that the speed and number of your processors, the cache size of the
processors, and the amount of memory matches your hardware.

Make sure the system recognizes your hard drives and tape drive if you
have one. Detected devices are listed on the monitor.

The NetServer Will Not Power On
Use these steps to check for power-related problems:
1. Check the power cord and power source.
a. If the control panel LCD is not lit, make sure the AC power cord is
connected properly.
b. If the control panel LCD says Unable to Power On, make sure
that the system is connected to a 200-240V AC outlet, not a 110V AC
outlet.
2. Check each power supply's LEDs.
Each power supply has three LEDs. The top LED is the Power (PWR)
LED.
The top PWR LED should glow steady green when the NetServer's DC
power has been switched on.
The PWR LED blinks green if the DC power is switched off but AC
power is properly connected.
3. If the PWR LED on any power supply is not steady green or blinking
green, reseat the power supply. You can release the lever and then reset it,
or remove the power supply from the NetServer.
CAUTION
If you remove the power supply to reseat it, wait 15 seconds
before re-installing the power supply. This delay gives the
module's inrush-protection circuit time to reset itself. If you
insert the power supply too soon, the circuit does not have
time to reset, and the power supply draws a larger than normal
inrush current which may trip the main AC circuit breakers or
UPS breakers.
