Step 6: Attach the rails to the rear columns.
Align the bottom of the rail with the bottom of the EIA space.
Finger tighten a Torx-head screw through the second hole from the
bottom of the rail through the third screw hole (counting up from the
bottom of the EIA space) in the rack column. This is the second rack
nut, counting up.
