Installing an HP NetRAID Card

To install a PCI Drive Access Controller (DAC) that will connect only with
external devices, follow the instructions given in the previous pages for any PCI
card.
To install an HP NetRAID card that will mirror to the drives in the LPr's two
hot-swap bays, follow these steps:
NOTE
If there are other SCSI controllers on the PCI bus, the slot will
affect boot order. Refer to Chapter 4, "Installing Mass Storage
Devices," and see the subsection, "Boot Device Priority."
1. Disconnect the internal SCSI cable from the repeater card.
