Real Time Clock (RTC) Module

Real Time Clock (RTC) Module
This section describes how to remove and replace the Real Time Clock (RTC) Module.
NOTE
Prior to removing the Real Time Clock (RTC) Module, the Front, Top, and
Side panels, PCI Retainer Clip, and the PCI I/O Cards need to be removed.
See the appropriate section(s) for removing and replacing these components.

Removing the Real Time Clock (RTC) Module

1. Carefully remove the RTC Module by pulling it out of the socket on the I/O board. The
clock module has a tight connection and may require a firm grip to remove it.
CAUTION
Dispose of the Real Time Clock (RTC) Module according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
