I am not able to perform
F-Code Based Relay
Broadcast Transmission.
During registration of an
F-Code Box, an error
occurs when I enter the
subaddress is entered and
I cannot register the
F-Code Box.
I am not able to perform
F-Code Based Confidential
Transmission.
I am not able to print out
documents from my
F-Code Confidential Box.

machine have the
appropriate F-Code Based
Relay capabilities?
Is there an appropriate box
(equal to an F-Code Relay
Box) registered in the relay
station's fax machine?
Do the subaddress and the
F-Code password that you
entered match the
corresponding subaddress
and password that are
registered in the relay
station's fax machine?
Is the memory in the relay
station's fax machine full?
Is the subaddress you are
trying to enter the same as
a registered Encryption Box
number?
Does the destination party's
fax machine have the same
F-Code Based Confidential
Communication capabilities
as your fax machine?
Is there an appropriate box
(equal to an F-Code
Confidential Box) registered
in the destination fax?
Are the subaddress and the
F-Code password that you
entered correct?
Is the memory in the
receiving party's fax full?
Are the subaddress and the
F-Code password that you
entered correct for that
F-Code Confidential Box?
Corrective procedure
If the relay station fax
machine does not one have
the appropriate F-Code
Based Relay capabilities,
Relay Broadcast
Transmission will NOT be
possible. Check with the
relay station.
Check with the relay station.
If you think the information
you entered IS correct,
check with the other party.
Check with the relay station.
You CANNOT register an
F-Code Box subaddress
that is identical to a
registered Encryption Box
number. Select a different
subaddress.
If the destination fax
machine does not have the
same F-Code Based
Confidential
Communication capabilities
as your machine, F-Code
Based Confidential
Transmission will NOT be
possible. Check with the
destination party.

If you think the information
