Kyocera's document management solution for your business. This utility guides you through the configuration of this document management solution or iTag. At the end of this setup, you should expect to have your document management server ready for use with your Kyocera Multi-Function Product (MFP).
This wizard page contains checkboxes for Kyocera MFP and SharePoint Services, the document source and destination, respectively. They are checked by default, and cannot be changed. The following table provides a brief description of the available components.

Configuration Utility. To view the KYOcapture service status, mouse click on the Start > All Programs > Kyocera >KYOcapture Service Manager from the menu. The KYOcapture Service Manager will display the following screen:...
1. Logged in as Administrator, launch the KYOcapture Service Manager found in the iTag Server ‘Start Menu > All Programs > Kyocera > KYOcapture > KYOcapture Service Manager’. 2. Confirm the path to the AutoStore Script (iTag configuration file). By default, the configuration file is found in C:\Program Files\Kyocera\iTag\iTag Configuration Utility\iTag.CFG.

Launching the KYOcapture Process Designer 1. Logged in as Administrator, launch the KYOcapture Process Designer from the iTag Server ‘Start Menu > All Programs > Kyocera > KYOcapture > KYOcapture Service Manager’. 2. Select ‘File>Open’, and browse to the iTag.CFG file (default location C:\Program Files\Kyocera\iTag\iTag Configuration Utility) and select ‘Open’.

100,000 Authenticated Users. Download Device Manager from KYOsolutions.com or KYOcapture.com and install on any networked computer that is on the same local network subnet as your Kyocera MFP. We suggest that you install Device Manager directly on the iTag Server.
Enterprise Mode Follow these steps to enable KYOcapture\Enterprise Mode on the Kyocera MFP and to configure the MFP to work with iTag/KYOcapture. Remember for the iTag Server to communicate with the MFP, you must follow these steps on the MFP.
The only difference to Scan To PC is how you enter the information into the MFP. You still need the Scan File Utility to scan from a Kyocera MFP. To configure Scan To PC open Device Manager by Clicking the Start Button - > Kyocera -> Device Manager -> KYOcapture Device Manager.

5. Click the Update Device button and Select “Yes to the Update Device Prompt”. That Scan to PC entry is now saved on the Kyocera MFP. To enter additional fields you can now follow the steps above or you can export the list from the device and enter the remainder in to a text file. To export a text file please follow the steps on the next page.
Scan To E-Mail To configure Scan To PC open Device Manager by Clicking the Start Button - > Kyocera -> Device Manager -> KYOcapture Device Manager. 1. Highlight the desired device. In the example below I highlighted the LAB-KM5035. Select the Device Tables Tab and then the Common Book Tab.
Scan To E-Mail Import and Export As with the PC List we can do the same for E-Mail Addresses. To configure Scan To PC open Device Manager by Clicking the Start Button - > Kyocera -> Device Manager -> KYOcapture Device Manager.
