As you type in your list of words, make sure of the following:
Words consist of characters from the International Standards
Organization (ISO) set except a space.
Each word is entered in lower case, except for words that are
typically capitalized or in all capital letters. When a word begins
with a capital letter, TextBridge Pro tends to assume that it is a
proper noun.
Each word contains one or more characters.
The entire file does not exceed 10,000 words.
Use interactive training tools
If you find that TextBridge Pro is giving less than satisfactory
character recognition results on a particular document, you can
improve recognition accuracy by working in interactive
training mode.
During training, you accept or correct TextBridge Pro's
recognition decision for each suspect word. Your input helps
TextBridge Pro improve recognition as the job progresses.
Each word that TextBridge Pro is unable to recognize or is unsure
about appears in the Word text box in the training toolbar. The
image of the suspect word is also highlighted below to show you
the context (Figure 6–7).
