Not sure if you are using software with a conflict
Restart with non-system extensions by restarting the
computer while holding down the shift key.
Rerun with all extensions turned off (may not be possible on
some systems).
a) Drag the Extensions and Control Panel folders from
the System Folder to the desktop.
b) Restart the system (new Extensions and Control
Panel folders will be created).
