Make sure that the TWAIN folder is installed in the
Preferences folder in the System Folder.
Make sure that the Source Manager is installed in the
TWAIN folder.
Make sure there is an appropriate TWAIN data source in the
TWAIN folder.
Verify that the scanner works with its own software.
