Try these basic troubleshooting tips when you have problems
with installation.
Bad or unreadable CD-ROM
If you can read your CD-ROM but cannot install from it, refer to
the ReadMe–Support file on the CD-ROM.
If you cannot read the CD-ROM at all, contact one of the following
to get a replacement CD-ROM:
If you purchased TextBridge Pro from an authorized ScanSoft
reseller, contact the reseller.
If TextBridge Pro came with your scanner, contact your
scanner manufacturer.
If you purchased TextBridge Pro directly from ScanSoft,
contact ScanSoft, Inc. .
Be prepared to provide:
the error message number
the serial number found on the CD-ROM jewel box
Other installation problem
Restart your Macintosh with the extensions off.
Try installing TextBridge again.
