When installing:
•
Remove all traces of old thread-locking com-
pound from the threads
•
Coat threads of collar screw with Loctite and in-
stall
Fluids and lubricants:
Collar bolt.......................................... LOCTITE 243
X
Torque specification:
Collar bolt..................................................... 10 Nm

– Remove oil pump

Use a coloured marker to mark outside of chain
•
Note position of chain guide relative to cast
brace

– Drain coolant

– Swivel out powertrain cradle (

Disconnect coolant hose
– Remove injector
– Remove throttle valve assembly

– Remove camshaft sprockets (

Remove 8 bolts
