Replacing voltage regulator

– Remove right rear side trim panel

Turn plug-in connections to the rear in the direc-
tion indicated by the arrow and detach
•
Separate plug-in connections (arrow)
•
Remove fasteners (arrows)
•
Remove voltage regulator
When installing:
•
Installation is the reverse of the removal proce-
dure

Torque specification:
Voltage regulator attachment ....................... 12 Nm

Replacing starter relay

Attention:
Disconnect earth (ground) lead from battery and in-
sulate it!
– Remove right rear side trim panel
