System Board
The system board contains one or two Pentium II processors mounted in a
S.E.C. cartridge, system DIMM memory, the Intel N440BX PCI chipset,
National 87309 super I/O controller, the PIIX4 PCI/ISA/IDE accelerator, the
Symbios SYM53C876 dual SCSI controller, the Intel 82558 PCI LAN
controller, and the Board Management Controller (BMC).
Internal connectors on the system board include four DIMM sockets, two S.E.C.
cartridge sockets (slot 1 connectors), dual SCSI connectors, primary and
secondary IDE connectors, a diskette drive connector, expansion board
connectors, connectors for the internal speaker, and front panel connectors for
the power LED, the power switch, and the hard drive LED. Configuration
jumper blocks are located on the system board. The system board also has a
CD audio in, modem in, Wake-On LAN, chassis intrusion, system fan, and
system power connectors.
