4. Differential lock switch
Press down to lock the differential; press up to
unlock the differential.
The differential lock is a mechanism installed
on the center differential and used for
4WDforklift trucks. Its function is to improve
the traction of forklift trucks in poor road
conditions or extreme conditions, when one
wheel of forklift truck is slipping the differential
lock can quickly lock the differential, so that
the left and right wheels become rigidly
coupled. In this way, most or even all of the
torque can be transferred to the wheel that is
not slipping, and maximum traction can be
achieved so that the forklift can continue
moving.
Caution
The differential lock is only to be used
under poor road conditions or extreme
conditions, and long-term use during
normal driving will cause serious
damage to the tires, drive shafts and
other components. Therefore, please
push the differential lock switch upward
when driving normally.
The differential lock must be switched in
the power-off state.

increase; when the accelerator pedal is
released the engine speed and the forklift
speed will decrease.
