Switch output function (→  150) = Digital Output
Assigns a Discrete Output Block or an Advanced Diagnostic Block to the switch output.

• Digital output AD 1
• Digital output AD 2
The Digital output AD 1 and Digital output AD 2 options refer to the Advanced
Diagnostics Blocks. A switch signal generated in these blocks can be output via the switch
output.
 Setup → Advanced setup → Switch output → Assign limit
Switch output function (→  150) = Limit
Defines which process variable will be checked for limit violation.
