1: Indicates that NCW-3DHIP is capable of obtaining
its network configuration via BOOTP.

0: Indicates NCW-3DHIP can not obtain host names
from DNS server.

1: Indicates NCW-3DHIP is capable of obtaining its
network configuration via DHCP.

DHCP-DNS Update
0: Indicates NCW-3DHIP cannot return own host
name by the DHCP request.

Configuration Settable
1: Indicates the Interface Configuration attribute is
settable.

Hardware Configurable
1: Indicates the IP Address number of the Interface
