To display the screen when sending an e-mail or fax

Click [Common Settings]

The [Edit Common Settings] screen is displayed.

In [Common Settings], select the [Confirm Destination Before Sending] checkbox, and select the item to
display.

Click [OK].
To display the screen when entering a fax number using the numeric keys

Click [Fax TX Settings]
➠
The [Edit Fax TX Settings] screen is displayed.

In [Basic Settings], select the [Confirm Entered Fax Number] checkbox.
