What is this screen for? This screen provides you with some general settings you can adjust for
your drive-thru lane. Tapping on the DRIVE-THRU menu option opens to this GENERAL tab.
MUTE CHAT WHEN ORDER TAKING: Turning this ON mutes crew chat while communicating with the
drive-thru lane thus allowing the order taker to focus on lane orders without any distractions.
HEAR HEADSET ARRIVAL TONES: The default mode is
lane, order takers will hear Arrival Tones for both lanes. One tone is heard for lane 1 and two tones for
lane 2. To focus exclusively on the lane the order taker is assigned to, select

OUTSIDE ORDER TAKER: The default position is Off. Turning Outside Order Taker
