8.1 Alarm Displays
Alarm displays, names, and meanings are listed below.
If an alarm occurs, the servomotor can be stopped by doing either of the following operations.
• Stop by dynamic brake: Stops the servomotor immediately using the dynamic brake.
• Zero-speed stop: Stops the servomotor by setting the speed reference to "0."

Meaning
The data of the parameter in the SERVO-
PACK is incorrect.
The data of the parameter in the SERVO-
PACK is incorrect.
The data of the parameter in the SERVO-
PACK is incorrect.
The data of the parameter in the SERVO-
PACK is incorrect.
Detection data for the main circuit is incor-
rect.
The parameter setting is outside the allow-
able setting range.
SERVOPACK is faulty.
After the servo ON signal was sent through
the CX-Drive, the SV_ON command of the
MECHATROLINK-II was sent.
An overcurrent flowed through the IGBT or
the SERVOPACK heat sink was over-
heated.
