bottom of each page, or on
other pages, only a small strip
of text is printed at the top of
the page.

Solution
• Check to see if the phone line is noisy.
• Check the print head in your machine by making a
copy.
• Check the transmitting machine for a dirty scan
glass.
• The other machine may be turned off, out of paper,
or cannot answer incoming calls. Have the
operator of the other machine investigate the
problem.
• There may be insufficient memory available to
store the document. If the display shows a
MEMORY FULL error message, delete any
documents you no longer need from the memory,
then try storing the document.
• Check the paper settings in the user option setup.
