Troubleshooting

The on-line support link enables a Service Technician to identify
most of the problems that will be encountered.
If a service call is required, information that is gathered through the
On-Line Support Link will provide the technician with a better
understanding of the problem and will help to identify the necessary
parts to fix the machine the first time. This ultimately reduces the
time that is required for an on-site service call.
If you experience a connection problem while using the On Line
Support Link, take the appropriate corrective measures. To verify
the fix solution, press the Run RDT Test button. If the test runs
successfully it will clear the fault.
The following table lists the fault codes and the necessary corrective
measures. If the problem persists contact the Xerox Welcome
Center.
