process can be seen in the below figure (see Figure 5-18).
The DVNext also filters the results files according to their approval level. Once electronic signatures have been
turned on, the device will create four new smart folders: Approved, Reviewed, Submitted, and Unsigned. Unsigned
files will be filtered into the unsigned folder. Files signed as "submitted by" will appear in the submitted folder. Files
signed as "reviewed by" will appear in the reviewed folder. Files signed "approved by" will appear in the approved
folder. These folders can be accessed through the View Viscosity (or Yield) Results (see Figure 5-19).
Multiple user access levels
The DVNext allows for users to be set with different access levels depending on how much access the administrator
wants them to have. To do this, users can be sorted into the two levels: User or Power User. These user access
levels are assigned during the creation of a user by an administrator and can also be changed through the "Edit
Users" option through the admin functions menu. By default, the Power User level comes with more access
allowances than the User level comes with. The allowances for both the User and Power User levels can be changed
depending on what the Administrator desires. For both the User and Power User, the Admin can control each levels
access in the following categories:
General Settings
Data Access Functions
Viscosity Test Setup
Yield Test Setup
