5. MONITOR FUNCTIONS AND THEIR USE
MELSEC-A
5.1 .2 Common contents registered on all monitor screens
This section explains the common contents (a) that must be registered
beforehand, and (b) that are registered on all monitor screens.
(1) Registration of the ACPU type name of the self and or another MELSEC-
NET(II) station (PC type registration)
Use the Select PC type window shown below to register the ACPU type
name of the self or other station on MELSECNET(II) where the G-
controller is installed.
The figure below is an example of a Select PC type window where only
the type name (A2ACPU) of the self has been registered.
When the util-

(2) Registration of the word device to be used for switching monitor screens
(screen switching device registration)
Use the Set screen switching device window shown below to register the
word device that designates the monitor screen number of the switching
destination (when switching displayed monitor screens during monitor-
ing).
A monitor screen is switched by writing the destination screen number
to this device during monitoring.
The figure below is an example of a Set screen switching device window
when data register D999 of the seif's ACPU has been registered.
