(4) Operations if the printer is not connected
If the printer is not connected, a time out occurs about 30 seconds after
the operation starts.
(In the meantime, other monitoring continues.)
The occurrence of the time out can be confirmed by using the system
alert screen (see Section 10.8).

When settings are done in the announcements setting window,
select ON in the printer item.
Settings by using the PC CPU
The monitor conditions are set so that the bit device to print out an-
nouncement messages is turned ON .
