5. MONITOR FUNCTIONS AND THEIR USE

When storing logging data (collected data) for the logging report to the report
data file, the relationship between the data format and set data is explained
in the following figures.
() in the figures shows the correspondence (target record - position of data)
between set value and storage position when "Old" is set for the "time series"
option for set data.
