(c) Set report (Printing allocation) window
After selecting "Printing allocation" in the Set report (Printing alloca-
tion) window and displaying a report canvas screen, this window can
be displayed.
Sections 5.9(2), (6) and (8)(d) and (e) give details about item setting.
