How Monitor Screens are Displayed
Monitor screen data which is to be displayed on (output to) the monitor display
is managed as two kinds of data; text screen data and graphic screen data.

The two kinds of data are displayed so that a text screen is laid over a graphic 1
screen.
Even if the contents of one screen change during monitoring, the contents of
the other screen are unaffected.
Monitor sfreen
If new data is laid over data currently displayed on a graphic screen or text
screen, that new data replaces the current data.

Kinds of Monitor Screen Data Displayed on Graphic Screens and Text Screens
4.3.1
Monitor screen data displayed
on
a graphic screen
All the following monitor screen data is displayed on a graphic screen.
The kinds of data to be displayed are given in Sections 4.3.3 and below.
(1) Canvas screens and parts drawn by using the GED (all figures and
character strings)
(2) The following character strings are set with the monitoring condition
parameter for the AD57GP:
114 size characters
Characters whose magnification constant is
2
or 4 times.
Blinking character strings whose magnification constant is 1, 2, or 4
times.
