Follow the procedure below to assign or change a rate favorite shortcut.

You have to connect as a Supervisor (see
Procedure
To create/modify a rate favorite shortcut:
1.
As supervisor:
From the main menu, select the path:
Rate Shortcuts

The following screen is displayed.
2.
Select a button to configure in the upper area of the screen.
3.
Press Select a Preferred Postage Rate to open the list of existing rate favorites.
4.
Select a rate favorite in the list.
5.
Press Change shortcut name to edit the shortcut name if necessary.
6.
Press [OK] to validate.
