For connecting the rinse aid dispenser, the machine has two terminals in the electrical panel marked with the
letters "BB" which are live when rinsing is in operation. Remember that the voltage at the terminals corresponds
to the mains voltage. To avoid damage to the electrical components of the machine, it is essential to use these
terminals, avoiding loose connections in other points of the system.
Maximum permissible absorption 1A.

3.2 TORQUE LIMITER CALIBRATION

The limiter has already been described in the "SAFETY DEVICES" paragraph.
It is located on the drive unit and is calibrated during the machine testing phase.
If recalibration is necessary, switch off the machine by turning "Q2" to pos. "STOP" and proceed as follows:
Remove the yellow protective cover and load the entire drive with dish racks full of dishes, up to 1 m from
the limit switch;
Turn on and start the machine and check that the dragging force is just enough to drag the dish racks into
the machine;
Restore the yellow protective plastic cap (cover).
If further adjustment is required, TURN OFF THE MACHINE, screw/unscrew the threaded ring nut (see photo)
with a multi-socket wrench and check again. Repeat the operation until obtaining an adequate drag force.
Note:
by tightening the ring nut clockwise, the limiter is tightened;
by unscrewing the ring nut (anti-clockwise), the limiter is loosened.
Please note that the total adjustment range (fully loose - fully tightened) is within 1/2 turn of the ring.

3.3 DETERGENT AND RINSE AID DISPENSER (Optional)

The machine can be equipped with automatic detergent and rinse aid dispensers
Insert the relative supply tubes into the respective tanks.
The dosage of the detergent and rinse aid is managed both in the LOADING phase and in the water restoration
phase.
The amount and type of detergent/rinse aid are identified during the installation phase by the authorised techni-
cian and are suited to water volume and hardness.
Water droplets on glass indicate insufficient rinse aid dosage, while streaks or dotting indicate excessive dosage.
In case of contact with the skin, wash abundantly with running water or, more precisely, refer to the specific
indications of the type of detergent being used.
To adjust the dispenser pump, refer to the specific manual attached hereto and to the type of product being
used.
If the type of product being used (detergent or rinse aid) is changed, it is advisable to wash the dispensing
system with water and then proceed with priming of the dispensing devices.
