3.1 INSTALLATION (Fig.6)

After removing the packaging, make sure that the machine is intact and that all the supplied parts are
present;
Position the machine in its final installation site. The machine must be installed in a covered environment,
free from dust, with no danger of explosions and must be adequately lit and ventilated.
3.1.a Positioning and connections
(See installation diagram attached to the machine and plates applied to the connections)
The installation of the dishwasher requires the prior preparation of the electrical and hydraulic connections.
Refer to the diagram relating to the model of machine chosen for the sizing of the pipes, cables and the wall
switch.
In order to prevent damage caused by the escape of steam from the equipment, make sure that the materials
do not deteriorate in the presence of the same.
Remove the panels and place the machine over the attachments. Place the supplied shock absorbers under the
machine feet. Adjust the feet themselves to level the appliance.
Assemble the shelves and the relative sub-shelves as envisaged, for loading and unloading of the dish racks.
On the outlet shelf assemble the limit switch micro "SS1" supplied which must be electrically connected to the
machine by means of the faston as shown in the images.
The machine must also be equipped with detergent and rinse aid dispensers, provided by the companies
supplying these products.
N.B.: When using chlorinated detergents or sanitisers, it is necessary to use automatic dispensers as by pouring
the detergent directly into the tank, it is not possible to ensure constant dosages and moreover brownish spots
can form on the surfaces due to the reactions of the chlorine.
In any case, the product must be introduced near the suction pipe of the pump in the tank and must have a
minimum distance of 15cm from the bottom in order to avoid corrosion.
