1.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Modular execution in stainless steel with the possibility of linear and single angle configuration.
Colour code that identifies each module. Insulated doors counterbalanced and equipped with safety hooks integrated in the
guides. Moulded tank bottom with multiple filtration (collection filter and pump suction microfilter). Wash and rinse manifolds
in stainless steel. Central guide with stainless steel rack. Self-draining washing pumps. Electric or steam heating.
2 customisable drive speeds, temperature display and alarm diagnostics.
Optional: splash guard at the entrance, autotimer, proportional rinse (PRS), proportional wash (PWS), self-cleaning, drain
pump, RCD system, HPS EASY and HPS EASY PLUS, EOR (Emergency Over Ride), homogeniser RAH, sanitising system,
boiler for cold water, detergent and rinse aid dispensers.
Optional modules: 600mm DHM2+ intensive pre-wash, 600 and 800mm linear drying, drying on 90° or 180° curve, RC heat
recovery unit, drying with ARC recovery unit, ARC with WP heat pump, WP heat pumps.

1.2 TYPE OF USE AND CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USE

The machines were designed and built to wash dishes in specific dish racks, using detergent and rinse aid.
Dishes permitted: pans, baking trays, trays, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pans, baking trays, trays, inserted in the appro-
priate dish racks, made of material suitable for dishwashers and with small dimensions for the dish rack and the machine.
The use of all commercially available detergents and rinse aids for commercial dishwashers for industrial use is permitted.
Do not load dish racks with a weight that exceeds 10 kg.
Any improper use of the machine relieves the manufacturer from all liability for accidents to property or persons
and terminates any warranty conditions.

1.3 TRANSPORTATION, SHIPPING AND STORAGE. (Fig. 2)

The machine is normally shipped packed in a crate, covered by a bubble wrap protection and fixed to the pallet with straps.
Use a forklift truck or pallet truck to transport the packed machine, placing the pallet on the relevant forks.
Do not leave the machine in environments with temperatures below 0°C.
The machine must only be shipped and stored sheltered against atmospheric agents.

1.4 CHECKS UPON RECEIPT

When the supply is received, check that the packages are intact and visually not damaged.
If all is intact, remove the packaging (unless different instructions are given by the manufacturer) and check that the machine
has not been damaged during transportation.
Check for any structural damage, crushing or breakage.
If any damage or imperfections are found:
1.
Immediately notify the carrier either by telephone or through registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt;
2.
Inform the manufacturer through registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
Any damage or faults must always be promptly reported within 3 days from the data of receipt of the machine.

1.5 UNPACKING (Fig. 2-3-4)

The machine is packed in a wooden crate, with bubble wrap protection and straps.
Proceed as follows to remove the machine from the packaging:
1.
Cut off the straps that block the cage (2).
2.
Remove the nails securing the cage (2).
3.
Remove the protective film from the machine.
4.
Remove the machine from the pallet, lifting it from the bottom of the body.
5.
All packaging elements must be collected and not left within the reach of children as they are sources of danger. They
must be disposed of as solid urban waste.
Once the machine is unpacked, NEVER lift it by the electric components box.
Place the machine in a suitable place (as described above) and adjust the support feet (Fig. 4) to avoid possible
oscillations and make sure that the machine is completely level (use a spirit level).
Lift the machine from the bottom of the body. Place it on the forks of the forklift truck to transport it.
