2.4.d. Tips to obtain an optimal washing result (Fig.8)
Any unsatisfactory washing result is visible when traces of dirt remain on the dishes or objects. Possible streaks
can be caused by insufficient rinsing.
In this case, check that the rinsing nozzles (18) are clean and that there is sufficient pressure in the water mains.
In the event of traces of dirt, check that:
the washing nozzles (17) are not clogged;
the tank filters (15/16) are clean;
the suction filters of the pumps are clean;
the curtain are fitted correctly and in the intended positions.
the supply water temperature (probe 1) is 50/55°C (excluding machines set up for cold water supply);
the pre-wash water temperature (probe 2) is 40/45°C max;
the washing water temperature (probes 3,4,5) is 55/60°C;
the rinse water temperature (probe 7) is 80/85°C;
there is detergent and rinse aid in the correct concentration;
the water is not too dirty;
the dishes do not overlap, as the water must be able to strike every part of them directly.
Failure to comply with the above-mentioned recommendations could jeopardise the safety of the
dishwasher.

2.5 TEMPORARY DECOMMISSIONING

In case of a prolonged stop of a few weeks, before closing the machine, it is recommended to fill the tanks
with clean water and to perform a few empty cycles. Then drain the water so that unpleasant odours are not
produced and dirt does not remain in the pump.
If necessary, repeat this operation several times until the water is clean after the empty wash cycle.
If the downtime is too long, it is recommended to oil the stainless steel surfaces with vaseline and to drain the
water from the boiler and the electric pump.
However, it is always advisable to perform the sanitising and descaling operations before and after the period
of non-use.

2.6 SAFETY DEVICES

This equipment is fitted with numerous devices designed to ensure the safety of the operator and of the
equipment itself.
Limit switch micro
If the dish racks reach the end of the drain shelf, the limit switch is activated, stopping the advancement and
therefore falling of the dish rack.
Removing the dish rack, the feed is automatically reactivated.
Doors micro
The access door is equipped with a safety micro.
If the door is opened inadvertently, the operation of the pumps, the drive gearmotor and the rinse solenoid valve
are automatically stopped.
Operation is only reactivated by closing the door and by pressing the start button "S1" again. In the case of
systems with complex layouts, more buttons may be needed near the operator workstations
Torque limiter
The advancement system is equipped with a mechanical clutch torque limiter located on the drive system.
When any object is placed incorrectly between the machine and the dish rack, or the dish rack itself is overloaded,
the advancement quickly goes to zero.
In this case it is necessary to switch off the machine using the stop or emergency buttons, remove the obstacle
and press the start button "S1" again.
For the calibration of this safety device, contact the technical assistance.
