Emergency stop button
The machine is equipped with a red mushroom button on a yellow field (within the operator's reach) which, if
pressed, stops all the motors of the machine. Once the problem has been eliminated, restarting will only be
possible after turning and releasing the button by pressing the start button "S1" again. In the case of complex
systems, more buttons may be needed near the operator stations.

Motor protection
Each motor is protected against overload by current relays (QF1, QF2, .....), located in the electric box (see
wiring diagram). The intervention of any thermal relay is indicated by the coming on of the "H03" light. If this
happens, switch off the machine and contact technical assistance.
Heating element protection
Each heating element is protected against short-circuit by fuses (FE3,...) or automatically (QFE10).
The tank heating elements are protected against dry running by the minimum level pressure switches and those
of the boilers and dryers by the manual reset thermostats.
For any anomaly, request the intervention of technical assistance.

2.7 RESIDUAL RISKS

Although the machine is equipped with the afore-mentioned safety devices, the dangers listed below remain.
Risk of crushing of the upper limbs
As mentioned above, the drive system is equipped with a mechanical clutch torque limiter, the setting of which,
however, must be related to the mechanical effort required to transport the dishes.
The mechanical risks of crushing of the upper limbs have been eliminated by means of protections and
segregation of the dangerous moving parts. In any case, with the machine running, avoid inserting arms into
the washing tunnel.
Risk of burns to the upper limbs
As already explained in the WARNINGS DURING WASHING paragraph, do not immerse your bare hands in
the hot, detergent water of the tanks. This could cause burns and skin irritations. If this happens, rinse them
immediately and abundantly with running water. In any case, consult the data sheet of the detergent product
being used.
