5.3 Formafting a Memory Card (Memory Card Format)

[Functions]
RAM-type memory cards installed in an AD57G can be formatted by the
following operations:
(1)
Conditions
(a) Only RAM-type memory cards can be formatted.
(b) Before starting up the AD57G, install a battery to the memory card.
(c) When this operation is completed, all data and files stored in the
memory card are deleted.
(2)
AD57G RUNISTOP keyswitch operations
If, during memory card formatting, the RUN/STOP keyswitch of the
AD57G is set to RUN or KEY LOCK, the AD57G automatically goes into
the monitoring state and starts (or restarts) the monitoring display.
