Setting Contents
To display a trend graph, set the following in the display format (input) sening
window according to a monitored device set in 9).
Data type
: Set the unit of collected data to 16 bits
(1 word) or 32 bits (2 words).
Upper limit of data
Lower limit of data : If data exceeds the upper limit, an upper limit graph is
displayed. If data i s less than the lower limit, a lower limit
graph is displayed. The dot positions by which data is
displayed on a graph are calculated by this setting.
Set Ihc number of graph lines to oe displayed in tne frame set in
4).
(Max. I 6
I nes)Sel the data collecton devices correspand:ng to each graph
in
9).
Set the following in the monitor device edit window/monitor device setting
window. To display each graph set in 8 ) , set the data storage tar et in the
monitor device setting window. Then, set the type of each graph h e and the
color in the monitor device edit window.
(3) Sequence program set by using the
PC
CPU
A sequence program which satisfies the following item is necessary.
However, it is not necessary to create the following sequence program
if the sequence program data for monitoring control can be used without
modification.
(a) Data collection trigger
A sequence program is necessary to turn ON and OFF the bit device
in which data collection timing is to be determined when specifying
the leading edge and falling edge of a bit device.
Sampling time
.
Sampling interval
Completion condition
Graph erase
If an indirect device is set to "completion condition", a sequence
program in which the number of times to be stored is necessary for
the word device that specifies the number of times of overwriting.
(b) Monitor device
A value stored in a monitor device is handled as 16- or 32-bit data.
If the weight variesfrom the monitor device, use a sequence program
to do weight conversion.
Control the value so that a graph ranging from the lower limit to the
upper limit can be displayed.
