Monitoring Functions Using a Character String (Comment) Display

Kinds of monitoring functions
These functions can be applied to display character strings (comments)
as shown below.
(a) Character string displays
This function displays specified character strings using a character
code.
1)
Two kinds of character strings can be displayed (character string
display) according t o the ONIOFF state of the bit device.
2)
A character string which corresponds to the values (character
code) after the specified device is displayed (numerical format
display specified i n ASCII).

3) Several character strings which correspond to the values (char-
acter code) after the specified device are displayed vertically or
horizontally (block data display specified i n ASCII).
(b) Error alert display
This function displays the character string (error alert message),
error code, and device name when the AD57G detects an error
(system error or user-specified alarm announcements).
