Sequence program set by using the PC CPU
Execute the sequence program given below in accordance with the
following conditions:
By using the GPP function test to control the corresponding device
memory, monitoring operations can be confirmed without using the
following sequence program.
1) Allocate a bit device that is not used with the sequence program
for the inspection-completed signal.
2) Store the planned number of MCl to MC3 (0 to 400) to D320 to
D322, and store the actual number (0 to 400) to D325 to D327.
3) After the number of defectives (0 to 4) are stored to W20 to W22,
turn ON the inspection-completed signal until the graph is dis-
played.
The defective rate bar graph is displayed according t o the each
numerical value.
The height of bar graph is changed by repeating the operations
mentioned in 2) and 3) above.
