Device writing restrictions
(1) Do not set the [Fl] to [F3] keys as the writing trigger keys when the
following functions are used:
-
Writing numerical data to a device
Writing character-string data to a device
Turning a bit device ON or OFF
When executing monitoring, use the [Fl] to [F3] keys as special keys to
do the following:
[Fl] : This key is used to start the AD57G system menu operation
shown in Section
6.
[F2] : Reserved for a function to be provided in the future.
[F3] : This key is used as a snap shot key to make hard copy from
a monitor screen.
In addition, it is necessary to set the [Fl] to [F3] keys in the following

window to be used as (a) data input keys by the user, or (b) keys for the
system.

(2) If the same key is set for several functions, processing is executed in
the following priority:
When using several functions of different priority simultaneously, split
the monitor screen into several screens so that each screen contains
functions of the same priority.
If more than one function (shown below) of different priorities is set on
one screen, key operations which are valid for all of the set functions are
enabled to the function of the first priority.

Example:
If a key for the SETIRST is input, when the monitor screen at which
a character-string input and the SET/RST input are set is displayed,
the key is processed as a key for a character-string input.
