Function that displays a character string (comment) according to the state of bit device (char-
acter string display)'
[Function]
This function is used to display one of the two kinds of character strings
according to the ONIOFF state of the bit device.
Display character strings (comment) and display conditions (color, attribute,
and blink) can be set according to the ONIOFF state.
Example:
Use M9006 of the PC CPU to display the battery state of the
PC CPU battery.

'Normal' is displayed if M9006 is OFF.

'Replace' is displayed if M9006 is ON.

The following explains the setting that must be done to enable the function
by which a character string (comment) is displayed according to the ONIOFF
