Electrical calibration for balanced measurements
If you are measuring multiport devices, calibrate the network
analyzer for balanced measurements before you start using
the Lightwave Component Analyzer, or return to E/E
measurement mode, as described in "Returning to Electrical
Measurements on the PNA" on page 75, to do the calibration.
1 Perform a 3 port electrical calibration.
a Start the Calibration wizard
b Select "SmartCal", and click [Next >].
c Select "3 Port Cal" and click [Next >].
d Select the appropriate Cal Kit for each port, and click
[Next >]..
e Follow the instructions on the screen.
