Caution When selecting the TM2 operation mode using TMC26 or selecting discrete/cascade connection
mode using TMC24, stop timer opeation in advance. To stop the timer operation during
cascade connection, clear both bit 7 (TCE1) of 8-bit timer mode control register 1 (TMC1)
and bit 7 (TCE2) of TMC2.
Remarks 1. In the PWM mode, the PWM output is set to the inactive level by TCE2 = 0.
2. If LVS2 and LVR2 are read after setting data, 0 is read.
