Check hood handle bearings visually and for correct operation

Check valves, clean dirt trap
Check boiler level switch is working and not leaking
Check boiler, hoses, clamps and plastic parts do not leak
Check boiler drainage system does not leak
7. Wastewater installation
Replace flap on ventilation valve
Check operation of drain pump during drainage
Check that pumps, hoses are not leaking
8. Detergent dosing
Replace peristaltic hose
Check detergent dosing system is working and not leaking
9. Rinse aid dosing
Replace peristaltic hose
Check rinse aid dosing system is working and not leaking
10. Test run with function test of whole machine
Check filling and heating until it is ready for operation
Visual inspection of the entire machine for leaks
Carry out test wash and check results

ActiveClean water softener (if applicable)
Check water hardness setting
Check the seal on the lid of the salt container
Start and check the regeneration process manually
Integrated reverse osmosis system (if applicable)
Visually check whole system for leaks
Prefilter change standard membrane (< 0.1 mg/l)
Change pre-filter, chlorine-resistant membrane (≥ 0.1 and ≤ 2.0 mg/l)
