The AirConcept exhaust heat recovery system is installed behind the hood:
•
Loss of steam into the surrounding area is reduced.
•
Saves energy by targeted suction of hot vapour.
•
Fresh water is heated in the heat exchanger.
•
Not available for dishwashers that are supplied with hot water.
Caution
Glass corrosion and loss of decorations due to high water temperatures and
long wash cycle times
•
Make sure that the dishes and glassware used are suitable for the high stress
placed on them.
MEIKO offers two types of machine with thermal disinfection for institutions with ad-
ditional hygiene requirements. Both versions have greater heating performance in
the wash tank than standard machines.
