13.4 Operating states of the CPU
Setting startup behavior
Proceed as follows to set the startup behavior:
1. Select the CPU in the device view of the STEP 7 hardware network editor.
2. Select the "Startup" area in the properties under "General".

The CPU does not execute the user program in STOP.
All outputs are disabled or react according to the parameter settings for the relevant module:
