Define download character

1B 26 31 31 n
Defines one new character and stores it in RAM for later use.
n is the character code of the character defined and must be
between 32 and 127.
If the maximum of 32 external characters have already been
stored, the oldest stored external character is deleted so that
new a new external character can be stored.
The character matrix is 12 dots wide and 24 dots high. The
relationship between the character pattern and the character
data is shown below.
